Includes:

  1. 1 Sclafani Linguine 1lb
  2. 1 Sclafani Canned Baby Clams 10oz
  3. 1 Sclafani Canned Clam Juice 10oz
  4. 1 Sclafani Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8.45oz

Ingredients: 1 can Sclafani Clams, 1/2 cup Sclafani Clam Juice, 1/4 cup Sclafani Olive Oil, 2 tsps minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste, 1/2 Sclafani Brand Linguine, 3 qts boiling salted water.

  1. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic.
  2. Add parsley, clams, clam juice, and season. Heat for 2 minutes and remove.
  3. Cook linguine al dente and drain.
  4. Pour white clam sauce over pasta and mix well. Serves 2.
