General Shipping:
- We ship during business hours Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturday (10am-2pm) (excluding major holidays)
- Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours.
- Most orders ship via UPS Ground (some orders may ship via USPS).
- We currently only ship to the 48 Continental United States
Gift Baskets:
- For gift baskets, please allow up to one week for fulfillment.
- Our gift baskets are made to order and special care is put into satisfying all orders notes and theming them according to the occasion of your choice.
Pickup Orders:
- Pickup is available in store at 3910 Domestic Avenue in Naples, FL Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 10am-4pm.
- For pickup orders please allow up to 2 hours for fulfillment. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
