Ragu sauce from Alberto Bettini of Michelin-starred restaurant Amerigo. Made with local ingredients and slow simmered according to tradition, these sauces are wonderful to open, head and serve over pasta, lasagna, or eggplant parmigiano.

Tomato " passata" (puree), pork meat, parma ham (pork leg, salt), tomato concentrated, extra virgin olive oil, carrot, onion, celery, salt.
