This delicious White Balsamic Vinegar Condiment is produced with the same aromatic grapes used to make the renowned Balsamic Vinegars of Modena.

This is the perfect vinegar for dishes where you want a delicate version of the unmistakable flavor of balsamic vinegar, but want to keep the visuals of your dish lighter. Pairings: Perfect for dressings for salads or any vegetables and marinades for fish or white meats. Non-GMO, no artificial colorants or flavors.

Cooked must, wine vinegar.
