Fun facts: This wine, colloquially known as the "Foradori Rosso", is the family's entry level red wine. It comes from 15 small plots with an average age of 35 years.
Appellation: Vigneti dell Dolomiti IGT
Winemaking: The fruit is fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aging takes place in cement tanks and used foudres of 20 to 40 hectoliters for about a year. S02 is usually added only at bottling, between 40-50mg/l. In warm vintages with low PH, it may be added after malolactic fermentation.
