Gluten Free Penne all’Arrabbiata Recipe Box

Make family dinner night easy and for everyone! This gluten free recipe box has everything you need to make an easy gourmet pasta meal that everyone can enjoy. 


  1. 1 Divella Penne 14oz
  2. 1 Sclafani Peeled Tomatoes 14oz
  3. 1 Sclafani Tomato Paste 6oz
  4. 1 Arte Organic Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500mL
  5. 1 Artibel Crushed Red Pepper

Ingredients: 1 pack Divella Penne, 14oz can Sclafani peeled tomatoes, 4oz Sclafani tomato paste, 1/2 cup EVOO, 5-6 basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers, Hard cheese like Parmigiano-Reggiano or pecorino romano for finishing.

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt.
  2. Add 1/4 cup EVOO to a large pan over medium heat. Fry garlic cloves in oil and remove once golden brown. Add 4oz tomato paste and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper. Reduce heat and stir until fragrant. Add canned tomatoes and remove from heat.
  3. Add pasta into boiling water and cook al dente. Drain pasta, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  4. Add pasta and pasta water to tomato sauce, stir and toss over medium heat until pasta well coated. Add another 1/4 cup of EVOO and toss. Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
