Join us for an Italian Natural Wine Pairing Dinner featuring Chef Patrick Beraduce of Quality Thyme Meals. We will be serving a 4 course dinner with natural wine pairings. All wines will come from small family, organic producers in Italy.

AntipastoMarinated Heriloom Tomato Carpaccio; Arugula, Shallot, Capers, Parmigiano Reggiano, Aged Balsamic, Olive Oil.

Paired with: Franco Noussan Vin Blanc "Blanc du Tzanté" 2019 - White, Pinot Grigio; Saint-Christophe, Valle d'Aosta.

Primo: Chef Patrick’s Grandmas Wedding Soup Recipe; Escarole Greens, Veal Meatballs, Parmigiano Sponge Croutons.

Paired with: Poderi Cellario "É Grino!" - Red, 100% Grignolino; Carru', Langhe, Piemonte.

Secondo:  Gamberi Alla Busara; Squid Ink Tonnarelli, Local Gulf Pink Shrimp, Mild Spicy Heirloom Tomato Sauce, Castelvetrano Olives.

Paired with: Odilio Antoniotti "Bramaterra" 2017 - Red, Nebbiolo Blended with Indigenous Grapes; Bramaterra, Alto Piemonte. 

Dolce: Classic Ricotta Cheesecake.

Paired with: Caneva da Nani "El Vin Col Fondo" - Sparkling, 100% Glera; Guia di Valdobbiadene, Veneto.


We will be sourcing the highest quality produce (vegetables, seafood, pasta, etc) and using the finest Italian imported food & wine from our store for this event. We look forward to having you for a wonderful night together!
