An aromatic, gluten-free cookie, that is typical of the Ligurian interior. Delicate and tender, this traditional treat is made with armelline (apricot kernals), almonds, pure sugar and egg whites. Individually wrapped “caramelle” style. It took us years of searching to find an amaretto of this caliber!
