2020 Harvest Notes
Antonella Titone’s pristine 2020 blend consists of 50% Nocellara del Belice, 50% Cerasuola. The nose is complex, very green, and herbaceous, with notes of tomato stem, green banana, and interestingly, avocado! A symphony of delicious green flavors dances in your mouth—fresh, aromatic herbs, arugula, and a hint of tomato leaf. The pleasant bitterness of the oil is perfectly balanced by its persistent peppery finish, which will tickle and linger in your mouth and throat. Antonella and her father Nicola tended to every detail with obsessive attention, and the result is pure perfection.
