Preserved in slices in olive oil retains its characteristic aroma. It's simple but important, as it can be a valid substitute for fresh truffles with the advantage of being able to use throughout the year.
Expiration: 30 months from production, consumption by the date stamped on the package.
Ideal for: tagliatelle with meat sauce, lasagna or pasta dishes in general.
