Casa di monte welling flat wine

I visited this vineyard for wine tasting and ended up buying a case of wine at $70 state side. When the wine arrived in Florida the cork in the bottles were dry and I contacted the them, below was their response. I opened two bottles and both of the bottles have dry corks. Was this wine bottled in 2012 and stored vertically since then? The wine does not have the body that we had experienced at the pasting. This shipment is not acceptable, please inform us what we need to get it right. The response from Casa di Monte was; Yes, we stored our wine vertically sine 2012 to avoid in the wine cork taste , and it’s the same that you have. I requested a refund and a return authorization but they are not willing to do right. These people take advantage of Americans, like we are ignorant about wines and the proper method of storing it. Now I'm stuck with A CASE OF $70 bottles of flat wine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VINEYARD THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!!!
