A Mediterranean ciabatta, with highest quality wheat sourdough and 9% Kalamata Olives. Made by using traditional baking methods. This hand-shaped Italian style baguette is seasoned with sea salt and is stone baked.


The consistency of the dough is well-aerated from a long period of resting, with a very aromatic taste.

(Casareccio = Home Made). Bake 10-12min @ 410'F.
