Fruity and floral notes that run on a trace of clear minerality, almost solar
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeats (19/21ºC). The wine remain on the fine lees for 10 months and undergoes weekly batonnage. Bottling and further ageing in the bottle.
In the mouth is dry, enveloping, very pleasant, a certain acidity appears to appear on the finish
Serve at 11ºC. Sashimi, risottos, pastas, oven-baked fish dishes.
